High-level property performance is directly related to well-trained associates.  Our associates and our entire team have been given the tools and processes necessary to enable them to function efficiently.  As a result, our associates are satisfied in their work and respond to the needs of our residents faster and more effectively.

Our training program utilizes our Regional Vice Presidents, Regional Managers and Corporate Support Staff to educate, support, motivate and retain the on-site employees who serve our clients.  In addition to the initial orientation and training received by our employees, we provide formal, quarterly operations/leasing training programs that incorporate industry best practices.
